At WeNeedsIt, every order is made to order, just for you. Because of this, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we will absolutely make it right. Contact us at myprecious@weneedsit.com.au  within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund, no fuss.
